When the Fresh Choice chain of self-service restaurants launched in 1986, there were a few fundamental goals that they set out to achieve. Since the very beginning Fresh Choice has wanted to provide diners with a wide selection of tasty, fresh, high-quality food at an economical price.

Fresh Choice Express™ is a new, exciting and innovative quick-service concept developed by the industry-leading Fresh Choice restaurants. The Express is a unique concept combining fresh, high-quality "to-go" breakfast and lunch items with exceptional specialty coffees from Starbucks in a fun setting, emphasized by bold, colorful graphics. This concept is even more unique by offering a varied menu of cold and hot items in a small space, designed to operate in large multi-tenant office buildings.

Fresh Choice Express has something for every appetite, from signature salads, fresh-made soups, and delicious made-to-order oven-toasted sandwiches to our famous muffins. It serves many favorite menu items from the full-scale Fresh Choice restaurants.

Stepping into Fresh Choice Express, Guests are immediately "WOWed" by the fun, colorful décor and bountiful, visually exciting presentation of foods and beverages sold hot or cold.

Breakfast items include a pleasing selection of fresh-baked muffins, bagels and rolls served with Starbucks coffee. The licensed Starbucks retail coffee area features a full menu of made-to-order espresso drinks, brewed coffee and pastries.

Lunch menu selections include Fresh Choice favorites, like our Classic Caesar Salad or Chicken Cobb Salad, as well as hot, Oven Toasted Sandwiches, fresh-made Soups and Super-Sized Baked Potatoes. Daily specials are also offered.
